*Sales Event is available only on select move-in ready homes designated by Seller and is subject to availability. To qualify, Buyer must enter into a Purchase Agreement with Seller between July 6, 2026, and July 31, 2026.
Buyer must be pre-qualified through CrossCountry Mortgage, Seller's preferred lender, prior to submitting an offer, and must qualify within the applicable conforming loan limits established for San Joaquin County at the time of loan approval. Buyer must also satisfy all underwriting requirements, credit and income qualifications, lender conditions, Seller requirements, and all other eligibility criteria necessary to close escrow on or before the date specified in the Purchase Agreement.
Failure to satisfy any financing, contractual, or closing requirements may result in Buyer being ineligible for this promotion. Offer is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be substituted, exchanged, or combined with any other offer, promotion, incentive, or discount unless expressly authorized in writing by Seller.
Seller reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Sales Event, or to change the homes included in the promotion, at any time without prior notice. Prices, incentives, financing programs, availability, specifications, features, and terms are subject to change without notice.
