Rich Bean brings more than three decades of field-tested leadership and operational excellence to his role as director of operations at Rurka Homes. His extensive background includes senior roles at Shea Homes, Pulte Homes and Century Communities, where he successfully delivered communities of distinction and long-lasting value. Rich oversees the full construction lifecycle with a commitment to quality, precision and customer satisfaction. Known for his hands-on leadership, deep construction knowledge and trusted industry relationships, Rich ensures every Rurka Homes project is built to exacting standards. He holds a California general contractor’s license and a real estate license.
