Nick Arenson

President, Homebuilding & Managing Director

Nick Arenson leads Rurka Homes as homebuilding president and serves as managing director at Altamont Development. With over 30 years of executive experience in homebuilding, master-planned communities and commercial and resort development, Nick has held leadership positions at premier organizations including Century Communities, D.R. Horton, Meritage Homes, Mandalay Bay Partners and Walt Disney Imagineering. 

Nick is an active member of the Building Industry Association and a longtime mentor at Stanford University’s CIFE lab through the AEC Global Teamwork program, where he has supported graduate engineering and architecture students for over two decades. His academic foundation includes multiple degrees from the University of California, Berkeley. Nick is dedicated to advancing the industry by delivering best-in-class homes marked by enduring quality and thoughtful design.
