With more than 10 years of homebuilding experience, Ashley brings a multidisciplinary design-build perspective, integrating architectural and engineering innovation with field execution to deliver high-performance homes. 

She has held pivotal roles at Century Communities and D.R. Horton, where she successfully managed communities from pre-construction through final closeout. Ashley is known for her collaborative leadership, operational precision, and relentless focus on quality. Her deep industry insight continues to elevate Rurka Homes’ reputation for delivering well-crafted, thoughtfully designed residences.
